ISOPLANT allows for isolation of plant DNA, as well as bacterial DNA and yeast DNA.
Provides DNA which may be subsequently employed in PCR or restriction enzyme reactions. Kit Contents:
Solution 1: Extraction Buffer 30 mL
Solution 2: Lysis Buffer 15 mL
Solution 3: Sodium Acetate 15 mL
TE: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 1 mM EDTA 10 mL
RNase A: 10 mg/mL 0.5 mL
